Today I feel like crap.
My period is on the way, which always makes me SUPER hungry.
I also have this weird salty taste in the back of my throat. Any ideas on that?
Had a smoothy for breakfast & then had an English Muffin with Peanut butter for lunch.
All I want right now is fruit. The idea of salad makes me queasy so I'll go with the fruit I think.
It's a RAW fruit dinner for me tonight GIRRRRRRLS!

Ok, as for me, I am an O-Blood type and totally strugglin' with the lack of protein by lunchtime. I think I smell of hummus 24/7! To help, I have allowed myself to have milk in my coffee, instead of sugar, with the notion that my milk is raw (semantics, yaya...shouldn't have the coffee either, but couldn't give up everything). I also have discovered that wheat doesn't work for me, so I am basically having no bread, pasta, etc. Gads, I am getting sick of apples! That's me for now. more later.
I have to eat protein... I usually eat eggs in the morning (they're fresh) then my green smoothie mid morning. I'm of course not going raw, just drinking green smoothies right now.
O.k., I'm watching close. After reading your blog I upped the raw intake a good deal. I think you are absolutely right.
I'm trying to do all raw at lunch, and at least 1/2 raw at supper. I was thinking about doing all raw for a week or so.
I'm currently trying to get 20 pounds off and I'm working out 5 times a week. I have the fitness routine now, but just need to get the pounds off.
